Insurance is not mandatory, but we recommend insuring your cargo to protect your financial interests in case of force majeure.
Why shouldn't goods be transported through "black customs"?
Transporting goods through illegal customs channels is a criminal offence: it can lead to years of imprisonment for trademark misuse, smuggling and evasion of customs duties — and the terms add up.
Why is the final cost different from the preliminary calculations?
The preliminary calculation gives approximate figures based on the data you provide electronically. The final price is known once the cargo arrives at our warehouse, where it is re-weighed and re-packed.
What should be the minimum weight of the cargo?
We accept shipments from 1 kg — from small parcels to consignments weighing several tonnes, shipped in 40-foot containers.
How long will the goods stay in the warehouse before shipping?
Warehouse time depends on the transport type: air, sea, road, rail or road+air. Your manager will tell you the exact shipping dates.
